Before getting started let me tell you that this mobile Company has addressed all these files as Realme software updates. This software is used to upgrade your device (Android 9 to 10), flash mobile, or downgrade (Android 10 to 9).
This software is officially designed so that when you use them for your own work, your device will not be harmed in any way as is the case happen with using a custom ROM. Keep in mind that all software is constantly updated to fix bugs. So use the latest version always.
Requirements
You need to fill out some requirements before updating your phone.

Since you will update manually or install Stock ROM, so you will lose every data. In this case, I recommend you take a backup of all of your phone data first.

Step 1: Open your “Phone Setting” first.
Step 2: Go to “Additional Settings” now.
Step 3: Press the “Back Up and Reset” button.
Step 4: Tap on the “Backup & Restore” option.
Step 5: Now take backup for all data.
Remember that since it will take some time for the phone to be updated, don’t power off your device. Power off will disrupt the Realme software update.
How To Install Stock ROM
In the first method, we will learn the simple mode.
Step 1: From here download the official firmware file.
Step 2: After downloading transfer the file to the Phone Storage or SD card.
Step 3: Now click to open this firmware.
Step 4: Press the “Update Now” button for installing Stock ROM.
Step 5: Wait until the install processing is completed.
Now the phone will restart after the update and then you will be able to use it.
Use Stock ROM by Recovery Mode
This time we will learn how to use official Stock ROM in recovery mode. The task is somewhat difficult but effective.
Step 1: First, you have to download the latest Stock ROM from the above 1st method (Step 1), there I have shared the download link.
Step 2: After the downloaded move the file to the SD card.
Step 3: Now turn off your Android device.
Step 4: Press the “Volume Down + Power” button together at the same time until the “Recovery Mode” option comes up.
Step 5: After turning on the device, you will see the language layout option. Just select the “English” language.
Step 6: Tap the “Install from storage device” button.
Step 7: Select the “SD card” and enter.
Step 8: Here you will get the “Installation package, this operation cannot be undone” message. For installing it, press the “OK” button and wait.
Now the device will restart automatically after the update and then you will be able to use your mobile again.
